In order to receive technical support from VCS, your company must be a
registered user. When contacting VCS for technical support, be sure to have your Site ID number available. If you require immediate assistance, refer to the information below.

Technical support calls and programming changes
resulting from technical support requests will be billed at the rates set forth in your contract with VCS. Please refer to your contract to determine the applicable charges (if any) which will be applied to
your requests and related programming.
